Gryphon West once again attended the London Festival of Gymnastics, taking 40 gymnasts of all abilities to perform at Brentwood Leisure Centre. The club once again stayed at the scout camp, doing water rafting, lazer lag and questa run rides (all great fun).
Our routine this year was based on “Sea, Sun, Somersaults and Gymnastics”, with gymnastics even arriving on stage in suitcases !!!
