Many of you will remember the lost Jess Thomas one of our much loved gymnasts to the dreaded cancer. Gryphon West will never forget her and many of the Club attended the Charity Ball in her honour in Oct 2018 and help support raising money to Teenage Cancer Trust. Over £5,500 raised on the night – a fantastic effort, well done to organiser Dave Thomas.

It was really nice to see so many supporting such a worthwhile cause.
